Join Starhotels and become part of the F&B Team at our Hotel d’Inghilterra , in the heart of Rome , starting from July, .

As part of the Rooms Service Team you will provide our guests with a dining experience within the privacy and comfort of their room.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Ensuring the delivery of personalized service and providing exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Mastering culinary and beverage service skills to deliver an all-round In Room Dining experience to our guests.
  • Demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette and handling skills to ensure timely delivery and completion of guest centered tasks and requests.
  • Showcasing inclusivity, prioritizing food allergies & dietary needs.
  • Collaborating with culinary & bar teams for perfection.
  • To champion health, safety & hygiene, setting gold standards (HACCP).
  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
  • Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and team-oriented tasks.

It would be great if you had previous experience in restaurants or hotels! But if not, we have pros who can train you. To us, your attitude matters more.
