An exciting opportunity has arisen in Milan Bérgamo for a Rental Sales Team Leader.

The Rental Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily shift operations of the Sales & Customer Service team, ensuring optimal customer service and the achievement of daily targets.

• What you will be doing
• Daily briefings based on fleet availability and team targets
• Audits of double keys
• Review of individual sales and audit of completed contracts
• Assignment of individual targets
• Review and control of damages collected
• Monitoring and auditing of sales to avoid fraudulent sales and promote excellent customer service
• Ensuring the availability of the material necessary for customer service.
• Review and control of the knowledge of the general conditions
• Team management, including development, training, conflict management and working environment.
• Reviewing daily returns and shift organisation
• Supporting departments by performing basic tasks if required
• Washing and preparation of vehicles for hire if required.
• Archiving and inventory of tools and refuelling documentation (fuel cards, refuelling tickets)
• The requirements are
• Minimum High school diploma
• High italian and english level
• Ability to communicate in other languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.) is a plus
• Organisational and customer service skills (proactive, responsible, punctual).
• Team spirit.
• Full and immediate availability.
