Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Legal Counsel who will work closely with contractors and construction companies to provide assistance on technical contract matters. Your responsibilities will include :

• Drafting and negotiating EPC agreements, related guarantees and ancillary documentation.
• Analyzing applicable laws in respect of contracts and drafting legal opinions.
• Defining standard contracts across the life cycle of projects.
• Reviewing and negotiating different technical-related commercial contracts.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the energy sector as internal or external counsel.
• A track record of working internationally in multiple projects within the energy sector.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
