A technology company in Bologna is seeking a technical support specialist to provide product demonstrations and training to customers. You will handle customer complaints, assist with installations, and design product documentation. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and experience in technical support. Proficiency in both English and the local language is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in power electronics, electrical automation, or related engineering disciplines.
• At least 2 years of after-sales or technical support experience.
• Familiarity with PV energy storage systems, lithium batteries, UPS.

Mansioni

• Provide product demonstration and technical training to customers.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately.
