Job summary

Capgemini Invent (frog) in Milan seeks a mid-level Service Designer/Strategic Designer to envision and shape innovative services and experiences. You will work with researchers, strategists, designers, consultants, and technology experts to deliver transformation initiatives across industries.

Portfolio and CV are requested with application. The role requires 4-6 years of relevant experience, strong research and workshop skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Service Design, Strategic Design, Experience Design, Innovation Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills, with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of service design methods: journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, service blueprints, and concept development.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and concrete opportunities.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills; capable of delivering high-quality strategic deliverables.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape end-to-end services and experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Conduct research and translate insights into opportunities and strategic recommendations.
• Develop customer journeys, ecosystem maps, service blueprints, and concepts.
• Plan and facilitate co-creation workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Support service strategies, future-state visions, and innovation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, research, and technology.
• Manage project streams autonomously while contributing to larger engagements.
• Support business development with proposals, bids, and strategic content.
