Clara is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join its Integrations team, focusing on connecting Clara’s financial platform to ERPs, banks, and enterprise systems across LATAM. You’ll design, build, and own end-to-end integrations and tooling, with AI-enabled development practices guiding the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Data to translate complex requirements into reliable, secure solutions while mentoring junior engineers and elevating the team's technical bar.

Competenze

• 5+ years of backend software development with 1–2 years full-stack experience.
• Strong architecture and scalable systems experience.
• Proficiency in Java / Spring Boot.
• Frontend knowledge in React.
• Experience using AI tools to automate workflows.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• English proficiency.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain backend integrations with payment processors, ERP platforms, and financial infrastructure providers across Latin America.
• Architect scalable, secure, and observable services that handle sensitive financial data with reliability.
• Build and own frontend interfaces when the initiative calls for it — internal tooling, integration dashboards, configuration UIs.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive engineering workflows, accelerate delivery, and close skill gaps — from scaffolding integrations to generating and reviewing code.
• Set the technical bar through code reviews, architectural input, and hands-on mentorship of junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data to translate complex integration requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Identify and tackle tech debt that creates operational risk or slows the team down.
