WeRoad is seeking a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to join our remote-first Digital Product team. You will collaborate with PMs, engineers and designers to deliver scalable front-end and back-end solutions, aligned with UX/UI designs, across multi-market environments.

You’ll demonstrate leadership, autonomous delivery of projects, and a product-driven mindset while embracing Agile practices and modern AI-enabled workflows.

Competenze

4/5+ years proven experience in autonomously managing and delivering projects, with stakeholders and team members
Experience in tech leadership, delegation, management and leadership skills
Fully autonomous in managing backend/frontend requirements, implementation and delivery
Product and data-driven mindset in solutions, outcome oriented
Experience in delivery management and Agile practices
Experience collaborating with Product and Design to meet business needs
Familiarity with using AI in development workflow and AI IDEs/tools
Fluent English in a fast-paced, multi-market remote-first environment

Mansioni

Support the PMs, EM and team in developing front-end and back-end solutions per UX/UI designs
Identify front-end and back-end architectural solutions based on business logic and requirements
Help maximize user experience and quality of the product
