Quik Hire Staffing seeks a Platform Systems Analyst for a fully remote, full-time role. The job focuses on evaluating and optimizing computer systems and infrastructure to boost operational efficiency and support business objectives.

You will analyze systems and networks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades, document configurations and troubleshooting steps, monitor performance, and provide end-user guidance to ensure reliable IT services.

Competenze

Experience with system analysis, including hardware and software evaluation and optimization.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues promptly.
Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
Familiarity with scripting or automation to streamline system management.
Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex technical problems.
