Job summary

Stefanini is seeking a Sr. OT Manufacturing Cybersecurity Lead to protect manufacturing operations by collaborating with local and global teams, IT, and Information Security.

You will drive cybersecurity initiatives across the OT landscape and promote secure working practices across sites. You will lead governance of OT standards, manage risks, and report on vulnerabilities and incidents while delivering training and knowledge-sharing to strengthen capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in similar operational roles.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across global and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Operational Technology (OT), Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and industry frameworks such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, or similar standards.
• Understanding of manufacturing systems such as PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, historians, industrial networks, or related technologies.
• Experience working with risk management, vulnerability management, asset inventory, service management, cybersecurity governance processes.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience working in global environments and engaging with diverse teams and cultures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering practical business outcomes.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global OT cybersecurity initiatives across factories and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with factory leadership, OT teams, Digital Engineering, IT, and Information Security stakeholders.
• Contribute to deployment and governance of OT standards, processes, and best practices (Asset Inventory, Vulnerability Management, Access Control, Incident Management, Backup Recovery, Network Security).
• Lead implementation of OT Solutions ownership model and service management practices.
• Support manufacturing sites in identifying, assessing, and resolving OT cybersecurity risks, issues, and actions.
• Monitor cybersecurity performance and provide reporting on risks, vulnerabilities, incidents, and mitigation activities.
• Support OT teams in cybersecurity assessments, incident investigations, and remediation activities.
• Deliver training, awareness sessions, and knowledge-sharing to strengthen OT cybersecurity capabilities.
