You’ll collaborate on projects that train and orchestrate AI agents, building robust systems that handle live, multi-step workflows. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with experience delivering production-grade software and clear, technical feedback.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail with ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
