Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agents for real-world workflows. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr and flexible scheduling, with weekly payments and a focus on building production-grade, modular software for live AI environments.

You will craft evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress-test agents while collaborating with teams to improve orchestration and multi-turn interactions. Strong backend/AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have multi-stage coordination tasks and memory-based state tracking.
