Outlier is seeking a freelance OpenClaw Agent Builder who will help shape autonomous agents. Work remotely on production-grade systems, coordinating data parsing, logic processing, and reporting for multi-step tasks.

Responsibilities include writing evaluation rubrics, debugging agent traces, and stress-testing agents. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and a track record of building live, non-mocked systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Build and maintain production-grade software with modular services.
• Live environment experience with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and technical feedback.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks experience.
• Experience integrating agents with live tools (Supabase, Gmail, APIs).
• Persistent state and session discovery using MEMORY.md.
• Identify privacy leaks or prompt injection risks.
