BlueThrone is a remote-first investor scaling a portfolio of mobile apps and strategic SaaS. We seek an Investment professional to sit at the core of our deal engine in Milano or remotely. You will source, evaluate and model acquisitions, building conviction for the Investment Committee.

You’ll work directly with founders, build subscription and SaaS models, and coordinate cross-functional diligence, with strong ownership of end-to-end deal processes and clear buy/don’t buy recommendations.

Competenze

• > 2–4 years in investment banking, corporate finance, or a buy-side role with hands-on deal experience.
• > Mobile app experience—key metrics such as MAU, DAU, retention, ARPU, LTV, CAC.
• > Exceptional financial modeling skills—built models from scratch including DCF/LBO and SaaS/cohort models.
• > Strong accounting and finance fundamentals; understand statements, working capital, and purchase price mechanics.
• > Founder-facing presence; ability to lead conversations with calm confidence.
• > Bias to action with good judgment and analytical mindset.
• > Strong communication; able to simplify complexity and present with confidence.

• Upgrade modeling capabilities and templates; improve cohort models and IC-ready outputs.
• Collaborate with sourcing, diligence and operators to connect what we buy to value creation.
