Remote Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor – Full-Time Opportunity in California

Location: Lodi, California

We are looking to hire licensed professional counselors (LPCC) to provide therapy to our patients through our HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform. In this role, you will provide high-quality care through various services, including individual, family, and group therapy, to support the mental health and well-being of our clients.

We are looking for someone who utilizes a holistic approach to therapy (or is open to learning), shares similar values (Self-Empowerment, Holistic Approach, Purpose, Community, & Integrity), is dedicated to their own personal growth and wellness journey, and loves to help others thrive while working from the comfort of their own home.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing consultation/education to community service clubs, organizations, human services agencies, hospitals, and various county departments
2. Program development and staff in-services
3. Performing administrative functions consistent with the needs of the program
4. Participating in staff meetings as required
5. Meeting monthly productivity requirements and assigned goals
6. Providing the best customer care possible, and the ability to be reliable working a flexible schedule as needed
7. Identifying and building upon the strengths of consumers, coworkers, and the communities we serve
8. Supporting consumers' steps towards recovery and wellness
9. Creating an organizational culture that respects and celebrates the diversity of our consumers

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Active, unrestricted LPCC license in California (required)
2. Registered with a board-approved supervisor if not yet independent
3. Prior experience with telehealth
4. Strong time management and organizational skills
5. Reliable internet connection and private space to work remotely
