EDAG Italia in Torino is seeking a Junior Project Manager to provide high‑quality support to our automotive customers. You will plan and schedule project activities, manage budgets and forecast costs, and coordinate software, hardware, mechanical, and testing teams with stakeholders.

You will identify and mitigate risks, prepare periodic reports with KPIs and dashboards, and oversee change management to ensure proper assessment and implementation of changes in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent Italian and English at B2 level.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or PMO in an industrial environment.
• Experience in automotive industry, preferably with OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
• Experience in budget management and cost control.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies: Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, PMI/PMBOK.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SAP PPM.

Mansioni

• Planning and scheduling of project activities, including WBS, Gantt charts, and milestones.
• Managing the project budget and monitoring costs, including cost control and forecasting.
• Coordinating technical teams (Software, Hardware, Mechanical, and Testing) and customer stakeholders.
• Managing project risks, including risk identification, mitigation, and escalation.
• Preparing and managing periodic reporting for both customers and internal management, including status reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Managing change management activities and ensuring proper assessment and implementation of project changes.
