Job summary

Prometeia invites you to join the Contract Management and Data Management team within the Management Control department. You will support customer contract management activities, analyze and manage contractual relationships, and ensure data accuracy and timely updates.

The role offers training and growth in a global group, with flexible remote working, and a focus on data quality, reporting with Excel, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics or related field.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Interest in activities involving document analysis and administrative management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage updates to customer contracts.
• Monitor contract renewals.
• Apply inflation-linked adjustments as per contracts.
• Handle tickets and operational requests related to contracts.
• Review and analyze contractual documentation.
• Enter, update and verify data in company systems.
• Prepare reports and analyses using Excel.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper execution.
