Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced Java Tech Lead / Solution Architect for a remote role in Italy. You will bridge hands-on coding with architecture, guiding a three‑person backend/frontend team on a telco platform.

You’ll own domain models, APIs, and integration patterns while shaping secure, scalable systems. Responsibilities include MVP delivery, architectural governance, and collaboration with international partners.

Competenze

• 8+ years in commercial Java development with 2+ years in tech leadership.
• Telecom/BSS/OSS familiarity and experience with complex integrations.
• Strong backend design, REST/OpenAPI contracts, and scalable systems.
• Ability to mentor a small team and lead technical decision-making.
• English proficiency at B2+ or higher for international collaboration.

Mansioni

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for the customer portal and integration platform within BSS/OSS.
• Lead technical discovery, set MVP strategy, and drive architectural foundations.
• Develop Java/Spring Boot components and supervise critical integrations.
• Guide frontend architecture in React/TypeScript as needed and review code.
• Mentor three developers and enforce coding standards and quality gates.
• Collaborate with DevOps on AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines.
• Document ADRs and architectural decisions; communicate with UK-based stakeholders.
