RWS is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support the improvement of AI-generated content in Italian. The role is freelance and remote, with a part-time schedule (10+ hours per week). Start date is immediate, with duration to be confirmed.

Compensation is 11 USD per hour, with flexible working hours and timely payments. The candidate will participate in short voice conversations with AI models, follow scenarios, evaluate responses, and provide structured feedback to help improve model

Competenze

• Native-level fluency in Italian.
• English proficiency: Fluent or advanced (B2–C2).
• AI & Data capabilities: experience in ML tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation/QA, data labeling.

Mansioni

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within quality and productivity expectations.
