Cross Border Talents is looking for Italian speakers to work remotely in Portugal as a Customer Support Advisor - Technical - Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming requests via telephone, email, and chat. Log details into case management systems and provide responses within SLA.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive for high satisfaction scores by updating customers on status and resolution.
- Customer Service: Provide support for post-sales requests including delivery, warranties, and refunds.
- Sales Support: Support inbound sales and promote products to increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Goals: Achieve set sales targets quarterly while maintaining excellent customer experience.
- Order Management: Log and follow up on orders, capturing all required data in CRM according to policies.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
- Tech-savvy
- Experience in Customer Service (preferable)
- Sales experience is a plus
- Availability for rotational shifts
Salary & Benefits
- Base salary (gross): 1050 euros x 14
- Performance bonus (gross): up to 225 euros
- Health insurance: from day 1, free after 6 months
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 19:00, rotational shifts; Sundays and 1 rotational day off
- Contract: 6 months with renewal possibility
