Modine Manufacturing Co. is seeking an IT Network Analyst to manage local IT infrastructure, PCs, servers, and support the global IT standard. The role involves mentoring junior staff, collaborating with international teams, and leading local IT projects.

The candidate should have a technical IT diploma or degree, 3+ years in similar roles, and strong Windows/TCP/IP knowledge, including cybersecurity basics. Limited remote work and occasional travel are available.

Competenze

• Formal IT education with a diploma or degree.
• Minimum 3 years in similar IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with remote management and ticketing tools; basic cybersecurity.
• Ability to diagnose hardware/software issues and support data backup.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, servers and peripherals.
• Provide first and second-level user support.
• Install, configure, and update client/server OS.
• Resolve incidents following IT best practices; monitor ServiceNOW queues.
• Document the local IT environment and network."
