Opdenergy is seeking a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and to support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems across projects. The role includes risk assessments, HSE documentation, audits, inspections and continued improvement of safety performance.

You will conduct regular site inspections, monitor PPE usage, oversee environmental permits and waste management, and report to the Corporate HSE department.

Competenze

• 2+ years in an HSE role is required.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Fluent Italian with good English/Spanish.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with Italian HSE legislation and policies.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 implementation.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation and risk assessments.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Carry out regular site inspections for HSE compliance.
• Monitor PPE use and safe working practices.
• Verify environmental compliance and waste management.
• Coordinate contractor documentation for site access.
• Manage Environmental Monitoring Plan and compliance measures.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Investigate incidents, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Monitor corrective/preventive action plans.
• Collect and analyse HSE KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous HSE improvements.
• Report to Corporate HSE regularly.
