Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Group Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to convert group inquiries into confirmed trips. You will leverage destination knowledge, group logistics, and consultative sales to match teams, companies, families, and friend groups with ideal travel experiences.

Your role involves engaging with group leaders, recommending destinations and accommodations, and guiding clients through deposits, payments, and travel requirements to deliver memorable itineraries.

Competenze

• Experience in sales or group travel coordination preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with CRM and online booking platforms; training provided.

Mansioni

• Connect with group leaders to understand trip goals, group size, budget, preferred dates, and destination ideas.
• Recommend destinations, hotels or resorts, room blocks, transportation options, and activities that fit the group’s purpose and budget.
• Turn group inquiries into confirmed trips through email, chat, and phone with energy and a client-first approach.
• Explain group travel details clearly, including deposit structures, payment schedules, cancellation policies, rooming lists, name changes, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate group logistics: room allocations, contracts, deposits, final payments, and pre-trip communications.
• Handle changes, questions, and concerns quickly and professionally so group leaders and participants feel supported.
• Share insights on destinations, group-friendly resorts, and team activities to grow repeat business.
