Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager for remote work, open to multiple countries across EMEA, LATAM and APAC. You will lead operational and financial aspects of clinical trial supplies across the full project lifecycle, coordinating with customers, vendors and sites to ensure timely delivery and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field.
• Prior CRO/pharma experience in project management or clinical trial supplies management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High level of English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office Applications.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manages clinical trial supplies for assigned studies and ensures GMP/GCP compliance.
• Accountable for operational delivery and financial performance of services.
• Liaise with Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator for IoR/EoR services as required.
• Lead vendor identification and contracting for Clinical Trial Supplies.
• Provide vendor management and ensure delivery against contracts.
• Define supplies requirements with client packaging and distribution vendors and PL.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of drug and supply distribution plans.
• Maintain project information in various databases and systems.
• Oversee inventory, supply, and re-supply plans for subject kits and study medication.
• Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for clinical trial supplies.
• Participate in bid defense meetings to showcase capabilities.
• Develop relationships with customers to identify new opportunities.
