Job summary

Trial Form Support is seeking a Clinical Research Manager (CRM) in Ophthalmology to lead clinical operations across studies and countries, ensuring ICH-GCP compliance and alignment with contracts and SOPs.

The role offers home-based work across Poland, Spain, or Italy, collaborating with internationally distributed teams and sponsoring partners to deliver trials on time and at high quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in clinical research with substantial on-site monitoring experience as a CRA.
• Experience coordinating or overseeing clinical trial operations at study, country, or regional level.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical research standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical operations for assigned projects per protocol, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables.
• Lead and coach CRAs, ensuring completion of training requirements.
