Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software. You will focus on desktop and mobile applications, shared runtimes, AI harness, and skills packages, building and maintaining developer tools while enhancing automation.

You will collaborate with engineers to identify improvements and own them from implementation to adoption, aiming for shorter feedback loops, reliable automation, and trusted tools across a globally

Qualifications

• Experience building developer tools or engineering automation.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Ability to work in a remote, globally distributed team and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including repository guidance and integrations.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to diagnose failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated pull request reviews and reduce reviewer noise.
• Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, size, and dependencies; work with package owners on thresholds.
• Improve development environments, testing, and build/release workflows for reliable changes.
• Prioritize improvements with engineering teams and support adoption through documentation.
