Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to empower QVAC application teams, focusing on desktop and mobile applications, AI harness, and developer tooling. You will integrate AI agents into engineering workflows and deliver reliable software with minimal friction.

This hands-on role offers room to shape the tooling roadmap, with opportunities to collaborate across a globally distributed remote team, improve CI/CD practices, and drive automation that speeds up development while maintaining code

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js development experience.
• Familiar with AI coding tools and agents integration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents.
• Build and operate agents in CI workflows to investigate failures.
• Improve automated PR reviews and reduce reviewer noise.
• Develop code quality scripts for complexity, size, and dependencies.
• Enhance development environments and release workflows for reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and document onboarding to drive adoption.
