Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Lead the development of Glam Box’s E-commerce platform, ensuring a high-quality and user-friendly interface. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and vision to elevate the online shopping experience.
2. Product Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions that enhance our E-commerce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.
3. Team Building: Recruit and build a talented technical team as Glam Box expands its offerings. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
4. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within E-commerce. Drive innovation and implement best practices in software development to keep Glam Box at the forefront of the market.
5. Strategic Input: Work closely with the co-founders to align technical strategies with overall business objectives. Provide valuable input on product roadmaps and feature prioritization to enhance the Glam Box shopping experience.
