Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation and can deliver production-grade code with modular design. Flexible hours allow 5–40 hours per week per project.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
