You’ll work on training, evaluating, and improving agent coordination and orchestration across live environments. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in backend/AI automation, proven experience building production-grade software, and an eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
