You will join a team improving AI agents by designing, coordinating, and optimizing complex workflows across live environments, with emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience in live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
