YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI training projects focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. This contractor role is remote worldwide with flexible scheduling.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, review financial statements and month-end close, and provide actionable feedback to improve model performance across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on accounting and FP&A experience.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, or Dynamics 365.

Mansioni

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide appropriate corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
