Canonical is seeking an Engineering Manager for the MAAS team, leading a distributed, high-performance group across time zones. You will mentor engineers, drive software delivery, and align with Linux-centric infrastructure goals.

The role emphasizes strong technical leadership, collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, and periodic travel for global events. Remote work is supported across EMEA and the Americas.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven experience delivering software using Python, Golang, or similar languages.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with agile software development.

Mansioni

• Lead a distributed team across time zones and regions.
• Coach and develop engineers, set goals and career plans.
