A leading open source software provider is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead their MAAS team. This role requires technical leadership experience with a focus on Linux system administration and high-performance team management. The successful candidate will drive innovation in data center technology and be involved in mentoring engineers. This is a remote position available in EMEA, with opportunities for annual compensation review and personal development support.

Competenze

• Experience with Linux system administration, preferably Debian or Ubuntu.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor, develop, and support team members.
