Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Digital Solutions Integration Specialist to support onboarding, workflow analysis, and optimization of our digital platforms, including Intuitive Hub and My Intuitive+. The role emphasizes training, customer onboarding, and remote support, with extensive travel to key hospitals and clinical settings.

You will lead onboarding sessions, perform workflow analyses, and train clinical staff while collaborating with sales, marketing, and IT teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; engineering, life science or medical background preferred.
2+ years’ experience in procedural/OR healthcare software.
2+ years of experience with clinical project integrations.
EMR/PACS knowledge is an advantage.
Training of clinical/OR staff is required.
Knowledge of the Procedural/Operating Room environment.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience delivering consulting services to customers.
Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
Ability to understand customer needs and drive adoption.
Highly organized and time‑management oriented.
Fluent Italian and English communication.
Travel >75%.

Responsibilities

Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our digital solutions (externally) and with Intuitive colleagues (internally).
Conduct Intuitive Hub in-services, workflow analysis, customization, and optimization.
Educate customers on My Intuitive+ and onboarding activities.
Monitor and drive digital product utilization by clinical users.
Expand user base by collaborating with hospital staff and thought leaders.
Lead training sessions and onboard new team members.
