Hired is seeking a Software Engineer (Human Data Platforms) to design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms that process large human-generated datasets. This remote, full-time role invites you to work with a distributed team and contribute to real-time and batch data workflows.

You will partner with data scientists and analysts, implement robust monitoring, and help shape the platform architecture for performance, reliability, and security across cloud environments.

Competenze

• Backend development with Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems (Kafka, Spark).
• Proficient in cloud data infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong SQL/NoSQL data storage know-how.
• Awareness of data governance and security best practices.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
