Hire Feed is seeking a Compliance Attorney to work remotely on a full-time basis. The role focuses on providing legal counsel to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions, with emphasis on emerging technology sectors.

Responsibilities include drafting/com reviewing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and advising on data protection and privacy laws. The position offers a global impact in AI-driven platforms and regulatory strategy.

Competenze

• JD with a focus on compliance, corporate law, or regulatory affairs.
• Active bar membership with at least 3 years in compliance-related roles.
• Deep knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR/CCPA or similar regulations.
• Experience drafting and negotiating compliance policies, contracts, and legal documentation.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulatory texts and apply them to business operations.
