BIP Red in Milan, the Creative Technology Studio of BIP, is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and evolve cloud-native platforms for enterprise apps. You will own CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows and IaC while improving developer experience through internal tooling.

The role requires a strong background in Linux, container orchestration, and backend tech (Node.js or Java). A 100% remote work policy supports work-life integration and collaboration with teams across locations.

Competenze

3+ years as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficient with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting distributed systems.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
