Jobgether is seeking a Clinical Site Payment Associate Manager in Italy to oversee site payment workflows, data accuracy, and forecasting. You will coordinate with global teams and external partners to ensure timely, compliant payments across trials.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in clinical payments.
• Knowledge of investigator and site payment workflows and budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with multiple data sources and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical site payments per internal procedures and country rules.
• Review data from budgets, EDC, and CTMS to calculate payments.
• Reconcile payment records and prepare accruals and forecasts.
• Develop standardized reports for payment monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI/automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across regions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness.
