Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable using tools like MarginEdge and Restaurant365, process invoices, and coordinate with vendors for timely payments.

Client Communication: Support clients with financial inquiries, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to bookkeeping and accounts payable processes using technology for enhanced efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven bookkeeping experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Proficiency in bookkeeping software (QuickBooks, Restaurant365) and accounts payable systems (MarginEdge).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
