Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience working with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide precise technical feedback.
• Nice to have capabilities in integrating agents with live tools and memory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Write Eval Rubrics for agent evaluation.
• Debug Agent Traces to identify root causes.
• Stress Test Agent to ensure robustness under load.
