Salary: Monthly Base Pay + Incentives ( average annual total comp. 692,600 - 735,800 EGP )
Incentives: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annually

We are an established US-based company looking for remote inside salespeople to join our B2B sales calling efforts. Our US and Philippine based teams have been working alongside one another since 2018 and we’re looking to grow our team and global footprint. We have high expectations for our hardworking team and are proud of the multi-year tenure our average inside sales team members have. In this role, you will make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses with the goal of generating interest and scheduling introductory meetings. After paid training, you’ll receive a prospect list and be provided with access to web-based calling technology. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable being pleasantly persistent on the phone and laser-focused on uncovering needs. You will work in a blended team of colleagues from the US, Philippines, and Egypt, in a supportive and goal-oriented environment with weekly group calls, bi-weekly one on one trainings, and an approachable leadership. • 2+ years of phone-based inside sales experience required

• A quiet and uninterrupted working space/environment required
• Reliable working computer and computer headset with microphone required
• Comfortable downloading and operating software required
• Access to fast, reliable WIRED internet for your computer required (not Wi-Fi or mobile)
