Jobgether is seeking an App Security Expert to strengthen application security by designing realistic test environments and evaluating vulnerabilities in traditional and AI-powered applications. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in application security, secure software development, cybersecurity engineering, or related field (≥5 years).
• Strong understanding of security principles, secure coding, vulnerability assessment, and remediation.
• Familiarity with OSWE-level concepts and advanced vulnerability research.
• Knowledge of LLM security, prompt-based attack vectors, and information disclosure risks.
• Experience with AI-powered static application security testing (AI-SAST) or AI-assisted security evaluation.
• Proven ability to design, secure, and test codebases and evaluate architectures.
• Experience designing security architectures for traditional apps and agent-based systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document findings precisely.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fixtures with representative vulnerabilities and secure implementations focusing on OWASP risks for LLM apps.
• Develop realistic test scenarios addressing critical LLM security concerns (disclosure, excessive agency).
• Create deterministic test cases and security-context manifests for consistent evaluation.
• Develop reference solutions and hidden answer keys for AI systems evaluation.
• Assess and refine testing pipelines for realistic, reproducible security tasks.
• Build, inspect, and secure codebases; identify advanced vulnerabilities and remediation strategies.
• Contribute to design and evaluation of security architectures for traditional and agent-based systems.
• Apply AI-SAST knowledge to improve automated vulnerability detection and assessment methodologies.
• Document findings, testing approaches, methodologies, and recommendations clearly.
