Alignerr is seeking AI Training Specialists to perform structured evaluation and labeling tasks that help train AI systems to be smarter, safer, and more accurate. This is a fully remote hourly contract role open to applicants from all backgrounds.

No prior AI or technical experience is required—just a sharp eye, strong focus, and the ability to follow clear guidelines. You’ll work asynchronously, reviewing content across text, image, and audio formats and flag issues as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that train AI models.
• Review and assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats.
• Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Flag issues such as inaccuracies, poor quality, or guideline violations.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
