Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Search Quality Evaluators to assess search results, AI-generated answers, and content recommendations. This fully remote, hourly contract role requires strong critical thinking and excellent written English, with 10–40 hours per week of flexible work.

No technical background is required; you’ll work independently to evaluate a wide range of topics and help ensure AI systems deliver accurate and useful information.

Qualifications

• Strong English writing and editing skills.
• Ability to evaluate content quality objectively.
• Comfortable using search engines and browsing the web.
• Self-motivated with reliable independent work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate search engine results for relevance, accuracy, and overall usefulness to the user
• Rate AI-generated answers and content recommendations using structured evaluation rubrics
• Compare multiple search results and rank them by quality and appropriateness
• Provide clear, concise written explanations that justify your ratings and rankings
• Work through task-based assignments independently at your own pace and schedule
• Cover a wide range of topics — from everyday queries to niche and complex subjects
