Alignerr is seeking Italian language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Italian content. Your linguistic insight and teaching experience will shape how AI understands, generates, and teaches Italian for millions of learners worldwide.

You will evaluate AI-generated Italian speech and text, assess learner proficiency from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+, and provide actionable feedback to close pedagogical gaps.

Competenze

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian.
• Experience teaching Italian or evaluating learner language.
• Strong written communication in Italian and English (C1/C2).
• Solid understanding of CEFR frameworks and learner speech patterns.
• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment.

Mansioni

• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality.
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+.
• Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps with expert judgment.
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally authentic Italian.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts.
