Jobgether is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer - AI-First to join a fully remote engineering team based in Italy. You will work across the stack, leveraging Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Angular/TypeScript on the frontend, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted development workflows.

You will own features end-to-end, influence architecture and cloud deployment, and ensure secure, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade apps.
• Strong hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Interest in AI-assisted and agentic development, including prompt engineering and AI coding assistants.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and apply engineering judgment before production.
• Experience with end-to-end software delivery, including architecture, cloud, and lifecycle ownership.
• Strong understanding of secure software development and cybersecurity risks.
• Self-directed, autonomous, results-focused, with good communication in English.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging AI development tools.
