Job summary

Mare Group is seeking an AI Developer for the Digital area with flexibility for full remote or hybrid work from the Salerno area. The role focuses on designing, training and optimizing AI models for classification and regression tasks, with emphasis on practical deployment in software pipelines and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent.
• Strong programming skills in Python and data processing tools.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks and model deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models for classification and regression.
• Select and preprocess datasets with feature engineering.
• Develop and optimise CNNs, RNN/LSTM, and MLP architectures.
• Use TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Train, evaluate and monitor model performance.
• Deploy models into software via REST APIs and containers.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers.
