Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to shape autonomous agents from anywhere. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments. Most contributors work 5–10 hrs/week, with potential for more on project demand.

You’ll help design, test, and optimize multi-step agent workflows, collaborating with AI teams and using live tools to solve real-world problems. Flexibility and strong technical feedback are valued.

Qualifications

• MIN EXP REQUIRED 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
