Outlier is recruiting for an OpenClaw Agent Builder to contribute to shaping autonomous agents. This freelance, remote role offers up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and opportunities for additional incentives.

You’ll work on designing, testing, and coordinating multi-step agent workflows across live environments. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with a track record of building modular, production-grade software and delivering precise, high-density

Competenze

2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
