You will contribute to designing, coordinating and optimizing multi-step agent workflows with production-grade software components. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, with strong experience in live environments and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic, reporting).
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give high-density technical feedback on complex behavior.
